hi! Great upgrades to the Visitor portal. I wish, though, that i could copy the entire email address from the main page, rather than have to click into the visitor registration to copy the entire email address if it's longer than the space allotted on the summary page.

We send a welcome email to all registered visitors, so it would be truly efficient if we could grab all we needed from the summary page (name/email/company/seat/sponsor name/RSVP date) ---

Same for from the app. if the email address was also added to the "next meeting" visitors summary, that would be helpful.

 

Instead, i have to always be in front of my laptop and in the desktop version of the Visitor Portal to  access their emails -- welcome any tips / guidance you may have!

  @dilini - kindly note that you CAN still copy and paste the email address from that screen.  However, you may need to triple click the line.  It will put the entire address on the clipboard and you will be able to paste.

  Hi Dilini,

  There are 2 ways you can get the full email addresses from other screens.

  1) from Manage Visitors under Operation
  2) from Prospective Visitor Registration Report under report

  Method 2 is recommended since you can export it to Excel. You can filter, search, copy/paste the whole column to email client.
