Visitor Registration - sort by first name like in old system?
Hi, I like the new Visitor Registration Portal.
I noticed that one difference between the new portal and the old system is that the visitors are listed by the date they're attending (good), but they're in order of registration, not in alpha by first name like in the old system (not great).
This secondary sort is important if you're trying to find someone's name quickly, and also so if you're creating visitor slides for their visitor presentations, they're already in alphabetical order by first name, just as they would go in order during the meeting.
Easy fix, I hope. Will make a big difference to those of us who use the registrations BEFORE the meeting.
Thanks.

Hi Karen,
You can click on title of each column to sort. To sort by name, click on name. To sort by profession, click on profession.
That's it!
Hope this helps.

I understand that sorting functionality, Mr. Lau. However, the old system would have a primary sort of the date and a secondary sort (at the same time) of the names on that date. That makes it easier to process the visitors for a given date.
Right now, if I pull up the visitors for 8/5 I see the names in the order they were registered. Such as:
Susan, Alicia, Tom, Erin, Beth, Nick, Jeremy
When working with the visitors for a given date, it would be much easier to see:
Alicia, Beth, Erin, Jeremy, Nick, Susan
Is there any way to do have these displayed in this order within a given date, like it was in the old Manage Visitors function?

Hi Karen,
Use the date filter. You can choose just the meeting date & a day after that. That will filtered only fit that day itself.
