BNI Connect Visitor Hosts view for current meetings visitors only

Greetings, Team BNI Connect Dev!

I trust you are well.

The following has happened to me, when booking Director-Consultant and cross-chapter visits, more than a week in advance, and recently happened with an inbound cross-chapter booking, at BNI Octane:
The visitor hosts mistakenly booked a seat for the upcoming week, where it was actually 2 or 3 weeks in advance.
Yes, the visit date is shown, however, I suggest a development to BNI where:
Only the visitors who have booked for the very next meeting are shown on a screen, from where the attendance register may be downloaded.

This will
+ increase attendance register accuracy across BNI's 11 600+ chapters,
+ lessen the training load on new visitor hosts ('remember to manually filter future bookings'), and
+ improve visitor experience (regional team, cross-chapter, visitor, guest), by reducing the 'are you on your way, we're about to start,' instances, for individuals only due for future visits.
