BNI+ YTD should have option from Oct 1 - BNI Fiscal Year

All the BNI chapters that I been affiliated with here in the US use the BNI Year as their YTD starting with OCTOBER 1.  Please allow an option to select either a January 1 or an October 1 date for the YTD stats for the Chapter performance slide.
