Allow every BNI member access to the power search

I'm an ambassador and I have access to the power search.  As the education coordinator in my chapter, I did an education on this feature which my chapter got very excited about only to discover that not everyone has access to it.  This is incredibly powerful when planning power teams, identifying potential visitors, being strategic with 121s etc.  I think this would add big value to the BNI membership and am unclear as to why it's not already accessible by every member.
