Suggestion PALMS Report export in XLS

Dear All,

the new report "Summery PALMS" can be exportet to Excel, like in the past.

Unfortunately the option "export without headers" is not present anymore.

When exported with headers, sorting the data lines in EXCEL is not possible anymore. So when member commitee has to sort the lines ascending/descending depending on column header, is is not possible any more. 

The is a regression of an important feature!
