Reporting Bug + Suggestions
I see that some parts of BNI Connect are gradually being replaced.
You might be interested in receiving some feedback.
1) “Personal PALMS” report
Today, I wanted to know how often I had attended chapter meetings, so I pulled up a “Personal PALMS Report.”
Unfortunately, for longer periods (more than 6 months), this is only possible as a PDF/Excel file.
When studying the 25-page report, I noticed that the information about my sponsorship is incorrect.
I haven't sponsored many members, but I have sponsored two, and the report only shows one sponsorship.
Denise Sbrezny is missing, but she is included in the sponsorship report – I assume this is a general programming error ...
2) Suggestion for improvement
a) The PDF report “Personal PALMS” takes up a lot of pages. If the date were printed a little smaller – it currently takes up two lines – the report could be reduced by about half the number of pages.

b) PDF report “PALMS summary” – here too, a smaller font size would be better; amounts > 1000.00 already cause a line break.
c) Time selection for reports: again, enable the 12-month option for screen display; this is often requested by employees and MK – in addition, a button for quickly setting 12 months would be nice; 6 months is automatically preset, but for 12 months you have to enter it manually and calculate the start date yourself, which is cumbersome – this was also the case in the old area, where it was also cumbersome.

d) New report preview of already generated PDF reports: Unfortunately, it is not possible to see the parameters set for the report here. It is not possible to distinguish whose personal PALMS it is or which time period was queried. In other words, you will probably always request a new report – I question whether the report preview (i.e., a list of already saved reports) is generally a positive feature for the creators – when I generate a PDF, I prefer to save it on my computer.

Why are PDF and Excel outputs handled differently, with Excel files being offered directly as downloads?
