Visitors count reporting

I have invited 2 visitors so far and they both attended my BNI meeting however my visitor count still shows as 0. Why is that?

  @aneetha - there are 3 reasons:

  1) The Visitor Host has not marked them as attended yet

  2) They weren't a first time visitor

  3) The VP hasn't submitted the weekly PALMS report yet

  Please check with your leadership team for more information
