Give VP's ability to push renewal payment emails
Let's acknowledge the obvious: BNI has done a great job curating an email campaign to encourage people to renew. And members have found a way to circumvent the process. Spam filters, firewalls, automated organizing of emails, opting out of the BNI Engage emails, and out right deleting the emails all play a role in members not finding the renewal payment emails when they are ready to renew.
At the region level, we can go into OPERATIONS > REGION > MANAGE MEMBERSHIPS > RECONCILE APPLICATIONS and send out a payment link to the member at a moment's notice, one that will show up when they are looking for it. That feature should be available for the VPs as well as timing of pushing that would be better suited for them as well.
- have the conversation with the MC and agree to renew them
- click the approve renewal button
- PUSH OUT THE PAYMENT LINK EMAIL
- message the member saying they have been renewed AND that they should get an email with the payment instructions that day
I'm not looking for VPs to have access to all the payment information. Just the ability to push out a payment link to the member, like you can see under the payment received column on the reconcile application page.

I see the benefit to this functionality. As a workaround, can the VP not simply instruct the member to click the renew now button shown in BNI Connect when their application has been approved?
