Traffic Lights visibilization

As requested by Dr. Misner during our 1-1 meeting during the Founder's Series session, I'd like for both the BNI website and app to reflect each member's personal traffic light color (based on the Power of One) to enhance its visiblity and even perhaps serve as a call to action.

It can be shown as a pop-up window (similar or within the Personal Palms report), with traffic light breakdown into its individual constituents, or can be shown as a "colored frame" or "button" at or around the tiles at the BNI Dashboard.
