Creating problems while connecting with new members

When I click connections and want to make connection , This are the steps

1. > Connection
2. > Search (Keyword)
3. > There is no option like "multiple" , and after sending connecting message with one member , it's getting refreshed everytime. So its getting difficult to connect new members .

Ex: Suppose i want to connect with all the members associated with the event organiser or event related , there is no filter option . Once sending a message to a member its getting refreshed everytime , and difficult to track other member. 

It will be aweful if the problem can be resolved ,requesting to fix the issue.
