BNI Business Classification Updates
Please kindly provide regular updates in line with the latest developments regarding business classifications.
For example, "event management" is currently listed as a single category, whereas in reality, the event industry has various sub-specialties such as MICE, corporate events, social events, charity events, sports events, and more.
Similarly, "marketing and promotion" encompasses many different branches.
In the hospitality sector, hotels now also include categories like glamping, villas, and other accommodations.

Liza - there is currently a global process for collecting and managing the categories. As the categories are managed globally, there is some time before updates are made and must be in alignment with all of the BNI world. For more information, please contact your Executive Director.
