definitions of BNI Connect elements

Could there be a little '?'-mark next to some of the BNI terms/categories in Connect? For instance next to Tier 1 in submit a referral, for a new member it might be helpful to have a ? with a fly-out that states 'Tier 1 is a referral to yourself for another member's service'. Also - I was searching around to find some info on Traffic Lights and haven't had much luck. Is there a BNI 'definitions' resource somewhere - if not, might be helpful when a member wants to quick refresh what a thing is and where to find it.
