Chapter One To One Report

We used to be able to generate a report from the BNI Website, that showed, on one page, the One to One's undertaken by the chapter over a given period. It was in the form of a spreadsheet, with all chapter members on both the x and y axes. 

It was a very useful tool to graphically show who has and hasn't been engaging in One to One's , but also those who are serial One to One'rs with the same group or individual.

Could this report please be resurrected?
