Recurring TYFCB
Our model is recurring monthly invoicing to clients. BNI referrals means we have to continually login and repeat the same referrals either every month / quarterly etc.
The minimum length of time for a new client is 3 years - or 36 months - with 98% ongoing indefinitely from that point.
This is very time consuming creating a barrier for us to do so -- as well as creating potential reporting errors.
What would be useful to us is a way to log a recurring TYFCB for each referral we received resulting in a sale. Each month the TYFCB is automatically logged.
A confirmation process would be useful to confirm that the recurring revenue to members in the event is still active. This would capture forgetting to turn off an recurring TYFCB.
Another condition that would likely needed to be captured is the original referring member leaving the team -- perhaps an automatic switch to logging it against past members would cover this.

@mark - Thank you for the suggestion. We agree that this would be a great way to streamline this for many service businesses. This is on our master list of feature requests for future discussion and consideration. We will add your request as a "vote" for prioritization. Hope this helps and have a great weekend!

Please follow through on this. It would help build value in the app and in BNI.

Hi guys! Thanks for checking on it. It is still on the list, but has not moved far enough up to dethrone other current priorities. We do get this in as a new suggestion every several weeks, so it is definitely on the radar!

For now I'm putting in 1 year of recurring monthly business all at once. The client has signed a contract for a year; so, I'm confident that that's the business that I've gained. This will save me entering the same amount every month. It may not be technically correct, but it's what works for me.

The positive side of recording a recurring revenue say monthly is each month an inside (or outside) referral can be recorded. At the same time, a TYFCB can be entered as well. This helps the member and the chapter's overall reporting numbers.
