We need to make the gender drop down a fill in box to allow for anyone to free form write their gender identity in. It’s 2021 and we need to be implicitly welcoming to all.

  Can we just remove this field completely?

  There are too many fields and too many pages already when registering a Visitor to attend a meeting.

  Less is more.

  I have just had a query from a member as to why gender is an option when registering a guest. Good question, gender is irrelevant when registering a visitor as anybody is welcome so I suggest it be removed.

  I also prefer not to force this decision on people at all. I don't need to have a "Mr" and Ms" everywhere. Also, we in Europe need this asap. In Germany, the Supreme Court of Karlsruhe has already ruled in 2017 "diverse" to be a legal option for people not fitting into "male" or "female". Although it's not punished, legally BNI is behind in Germany since 4 years, that's just sad.
