1-2-1 Commitments and Reminders

The purpose of 1-2-1 is to generate referrals for each other. Why not change the title "Topics of Conversation" to "1-2-1 Commitments"? When there are commitments in the box, send a reminder email to both parties after x days as a follow-up. That will definitely increase referrals.
