In Profile email field should be made compulsory

BNI network is a global organisation and due to this COVID time many international collaboration is seen and also is more advantages hence email is a field which if kept compulsory members can atleast introduce each other by email

  @rajiv - the email field is indeed mandatory as it is our primary identifier in the database.  However, members also have a right to their privacy and hide that information as needed if they choose to.  Hope this helps!
