Titel when registering a visitor

My question

Hi there
Is it a little bit dated to be asked a title when entering a visitor please?

I understand that globally this can be a requirement so perhaps the first option to show is a blank box showing that a title can be left blank or used?

While it is not marked as compulsory it does lead the user to believe that it is information BNI would like to collect.
