Find members in region

It would be great to be able to search members in your region to find members that are close to you but not in your chapter. We have a few different cities that are close together so rather than searching by city location or state (some people enter full name and others the abbreviation) it would be more useful to be able to search members just in our region from the app rather than going to the region website to do so.

  I am looking to search a member by name outside of the region. can it be done
