More “Green” Members = Increased Retention!

Wanted to share a quick thought and get some feedback. As I talk to and reach out to newer members and those struggling in the Red/Grey, one thing that has continued to come up is a misunderstanding on how the numbers on the BNI Connect home screen relate to the report cards (monthly). In the BNI Tampa Region, “green members” on the Power of One or Dubbed “Traffic Lights” report, are >90% likely to renew their memebrship. As a result, we have been working with Red/Gray members on increasing their activity and one thing consistently comes up that confuses them on how to track it effectively.. the home screen on BNI Connect gives data on 12mo & Lifetime BUT PALMS data for the past 6months is what ultimately effects your traffic light score… a 6mo activity report would allow members to clearly identify where they are at and what they need to do that is aligned with 6mo. PALMS and the traffic light report card. Let me know what the plans are in updating this valuable tool OR (2) alternatively creating a 6mo report on reporting2you that could be easily delivered to a member that is struggling or wanting to know exactly what they need to do Increase their score on the power of one.
