Multiple add to my connection request

Hi, If I want to add multiple people of a chapter to my connections after meeting them in a conclave I can perform a search operation using chapter name , region name etc .Once the list of all the members is displayed i start adding those members I have met. After adding a person to my connections the page refreshes and I have to perform the search operation again so It becomes difficult and annoying to add multiple persons to my connections at a time . Sending multiple add to my connections request should be easy like sending friendship requests in social sites.
