Distinction of Notifications for Visitors and Other Chapter Members
Hello :) It would be beneficial when chapter members invite themselves to visit another chapter, if there was some way to know that they are already chapter members, so the visitor host team know it’s not a potential member to join the chapter.
It would be great if an option could be added in to the Register Myself to Visit Another Chapter button that includes what chapter they are from, and preferably even changes the subject title from A Visitor has registered.. to Another Chapter Member has registered so that the distinction can be made.
Thank you.

@corina - Happy Tuesday to you! Adding visitor "types" (sub, guest, existing member, etc) is on our master list of feature requests for future discussion and consideration. We will add your request as a "vote" for prioritization. Hope this helps and have a great week!

That's a very good suggestion!

I agree! That's something that would help a great deal.

I agree with this as well as adding the option to add subs separately as well.

A feature which would greatly help visitor hosts

As with 121s which can now be logged with a member from another chapter, it would be useful to have a search function under visitors so you can use the system's details for visitors from another chapter. Saves time and makes sense from a data collection perspective.

PS in line with Givers Gain, a visitor from another chapter should (or should I type SHOULD :)) ask a member from the chapter they are visiting to invite them.
Why? Not only does it provide the member of the chapter to be visited with a visitor stat (assuming your chapter measures visitors from other chapters (and there is a good reason why they should but that is a topic for another post! :) ) but, it also provides the visiting member the opportunity to connect with a member in advance and perhaps organise a 121 and get closer to that member - in other words, leverage your time effectively by achieving as many objectives as possible when visiting a chapter - after all, the visit itself is hardly productive unless you organise 121s etc with the members where you are likely to have a referral partner relationship.
