visitor count limit & registration time limit

I suggest that we can limit visitors by meeting date based on number and time of registration.

Visitor number limit
Our venues have physical limits. Some chapters have trouble that too many visitors get registered, so a lot of communication is needed to reschedule visitors. If the visitor count is limited by meeting date this problem is automated. Some chapters are very popular among BNI members so they'd like to limit cross-chapter visits, so that they can have a healthy visitor / cross-chapter visitor ratio.

We suggest two options manageable by the chapter:
visitor limit
cross-chapter visitor limit

Registration time limit
We have several chapters where it causes a big problem, that nowadays people register to their meeting at 6:00 in the morning, when their meeting starts at 8:00.They cannot prepare the venue, catering problems, the visitor is not on their lists, etc. Please put a time limit on visitor registration.We propose 20 hours. This affects - website: non-members - connect / app: members registering guests- app: members register as visitor to other chapter.

  Is there any progress on this? I would be very helpfull indeed. I would also suggest to do the same for trainings. People register for a training few hours before starting....

  Wondering where this may be in development? With Chapters returning to in-person, many have food orders to place with venues requiring advance notice so cut-offs for registration will assist in supplying final numbers safely.
