Phone number as shared contacts shows as home and not work?

Sharing a contact via the app as VCF the phone number comes up as home not work?

  @dean - Happy Friday to you! We have noticed that this is very dependent on the "lining up" of the fields any types of numbers between multiple different contact management systems.  We will research this further to see if this process can be adjusted.  Thank you!
