Any plans to include a star rating system about members like Google reviews ? This would enable us to open conversations and remove elephants from the rooms. Unsatisfied members often stay silent not to stir up conflict and that silence is actually detrimental to the chapter's ambiance. We work hard on educating on topics like hard conversations and conflict resolution, we have progressed, but a rating system (well thought out) could be a good way to enhance accountability of referable services.
