To Whom It May Concern,

One of my Core Chapters wondered if it were possible to have a feature in the visitor registration confirmation email (see attached sample) that allows the visitor with one click to automatically have the meeting be put into their calendar so that they can secure the time. Because of COVID-19 and more virtual meetings, many are waiting on the bni online (Zoom) link to be that confirmation and if it does not arrive in a timely manner, they may double book.
