sometimes an email or phone isn't possible

Sometimes it's not possible to collect either a phone number or an email. But it is still a legitimate referral. Please consider taking off the requirement to have a legitimate email or a legitimate phone number. This is especially true when we're making referrals on the fly with our phone.
