Out of chapter / global search suggestion

Hello, in the phone app I find searching for members in other chapters to be really difficult - this is frustrating when I've visited other chapters and want to put in referrals to members there. I think it would be helpful to have a spin selector field that allows the user to pick a (nearby) chapter and then either search that chapter or scroll through its members.
