Raffle winner selection

Our chapter used to draw a referral slip from the box and award a prize to the giver provided by the ten minute speaker. Since going digital we no longer had a way to do this anymore. For the time being, we wrote our own custom app to handle this as well as take attendance each week. It would be nice if both were just integrated into the BNI app.
