Manage Attendance in App

The Vice President should be able to take attendance in the App. The interface should present a roster of members that can be sorted by first name, last name, business name, or profession. There should be three buttons next to each name, one each for Present Substitute and Absent. For the time being we wrote our own custom App to do this, but it would be nice if it was just integrated in to the BNI App.
