Consider 121’s in Traffic Lights

Including 121’s in traffic lights equals faster sustainable growth of BNI. More 121’s will result in more referrals and business passed which in-turn means higher member retention and hence faster growth of chapters. Hence please consider 121’s also for Traffic Lights by reducing the weightage given to Visitors and instead consider 121’s for the same amount of points. 121’s are the key for passing more Referrals and TYFCB’s. Once all these three are improved, every chapter performance will increase as well. This makes sure the individuals members are doing increased business as well and they automatically see more value in staying in BNI. This will increase retention percentage of members in BNI which is more important than getting new members. Once the majority of members of the chapter bond very well and build that trust required to get to the Profitability stage of the VCP process, they voluntarily get more visitors just because BNI is giving so much business to them that it’s always in their mind and they walk and talk BNI.

  @rohith - thank you so much!  This one is less of a technical request and more of a global reporting standardization issue.  We will forward this along to the appropriate team for consideration.  In the meantime, there are future reporting initiatives in development that do include the 121's as well as other member based metrics that will be helpful.
