Speaker Reminders

I am with Dollars & Sense in St. Augustine FL.  We sporadically receive emails reminding the member of upcoming speaker assignment.  And as secretary/treasurer I do not receive these (I used to).  Is there a setting I'm missing so that the reminders are always sent to the upcoming speaker & the secretary/treasurer?
