Phone numbers error

Louise added a visitor, i assume using the app, but she added a space in the telephone number. When coming to confirm the visitors have attended on the BNIConnect website, the form fails on an invalid telephone number. You then edit it to remove the space and click submit and nothing happens. I then discovered that on the PALMS report the her visitor has a 1 against it, but they are still on the Manage Visitor Registration form. So, 1, the telephone number validation needs to be consistent across all platforms for entry and 2. having corrected it, the submit button should then work correctly. Also website support or feedback options would be useful
