Add Country filters for Cross chapter slips (121s, Referral, andd TYFCB)

Now that international slips are available, when I want to enter a cross chapter 121/referral/TYFCB, I get a long list of results of members from all over the world. Adding a country level filter (and maybe a chapter name filter) that defaults to the country I'm in, would be a great addition and would save members a lot of time searching the list of names.

  @mazen - this is a great request for adding this to the search on the slips.  Kindly note that you can do this now through the WORLDWIDE SEARCH option. Under Location on that search you can filter the search by country.  Once you find the person you are looking for you can start an activity slip directly from their record.
