  I have an idea on how to track TYFCB. 

  Since the problem is that the amount cannot always be shown due to confidentiality, etc, how about the person giving the referral being able to see whether TYFCB has been given for a specific referral?

  It would require a link between a referral and the TYFCB given, but these are some of the advantages:

  For the person giving the referral:

  1. We can see whether a referral given has been closed (no business generated)

  2. We can see whether TYFCB has been loaded even if we cannot see the amount

  For the person receiving the referral:

  1. Be able to see all referrals that you have not loaded an outcome for

  2. Be able to see all referrals that you have not loaded TYFCB for.

  Obviously I do not know the complexities of the system, but it feels like a workable solution for me.
