Referral slips - tiers

Referral slips on BNI connect should have options to chose tier 1,2, or 3 - not inside vs outside.

  @Elizabeth - I agree that the terminology should be consistent between the referral slip and TYFCB - one has tiers and one has inside\outside.  However, note that we wouldn't be passing a slip for a Tier 3 referral - although we are thanked for that business as the creator of the first connection, we are not the ones that performed the actual referral in that case.  We will look into the language settings on the slips for you  :- )

  Inside / outside, very confusing terminology. “Hints” or direction within the app would be great- alternately a more comprehensive kB would be great. If anything, the hints would likely prompt the referring party to be a better referral partner.
