Email to other chapters from mobile

I think there should be option in app that we can send e mail to other chapters , full chapter strength in one go.

  @rajesh - although we have passive permission to communicate with our own chapters in this manner, we do NOT have permission to send unsolicited emails, especially in a bulk manner such as this, to members in other chapters.  This is both discouraged and a violation of our terms of use.
