Searching people for 121 meetings

Sometimes, we don't know whether the people from our chapter or cross chapter are around and we have time for 121. What do we do? We ask in our whatsapp group if someone is around. However, if we have a link in BNI search fellow members within given radius, say 1km, 2km etc. If the people have registered there work location, the app shall show up the relevant profile and if the permissions are given, you can give them a call and meet them up. I prepared a User Interface. Can I mail to someone who can see and then discuss it further. I shared it with my chapter people, they found it very interesting but not sure if I should make a standalone app or would BNI guys think over my suggestion and inbuilt something like this.
