BNI Connect

Hello

I'm a relatively new member (Been with my chapter for 3 months now) and I wanted to offer some feedback/suggestions regarding BNI Connect:

1) After going through some of the courses on BNI-U, I followed the suggestions about completing my BNI Connect profile, including GAINS, adding photos etc. However, when you view mine/anyone's profiles on the mobile app or via the chapters website, you cannot see this information. On the Mobile App; I feel it would be beneficial for members to be able to view fellow members GAINS (This could prove helpful when preparing for a 1-2-1 with another member), Personal Interests and Uploaded Photos at least.

2) When viewing members profiles via the BNI Global or local chapters websites, whilst your average visitor/non-member may not be interested to read about my personal interests or GAINS, because my line of work is quite visual, it would be good if they could see the photos I have uploaded. At the moment I have to solely rely on a potential visitor for my profile to click on social media links to view our work.

3) Testimonials should be available to view on a members profile to both fellow members and non-members viewing a BNI Connect profile on any/all formats.

4) Profiles could include an icon displaying a members current status in the traffic light system (I.E. Green, Amber or Red)

  The resulting contact information on the profile, whether from the searches in BNI Connect using the magnifying glass or via the mobile app, respects the personal information display preferences of members as per the setting on their profile. This setting is only accessible through the full website at www.bniconnect.com and is located on the GEAR tab:

  If members wish to share their information, they will need to change this setting on their profile. Note that the above screenshot is the default setting for all new memberships and that all fellow chapter members are "connected" so should be able to see each other's contact information.

  For the remaining items...

  We have this on the radar and have already started working on some of those things. For the others we will add your comments as votes to further prioritze it  :- )
