3 suggestions/requests for improved user experience in APP and website.

1.  I would like you to add a 3rd "Referral Status" option

- currently it's a. told them you'd call or b. given your card.

OPTION c.  could be "Email Introduction sent"

- almost every referral I give these days involves an email introduction that includes all 3 parties with a brief introduction.  Myself, referral reciever, and person being referred.

- this style results in very few missed connections, and everyone seems happy.

 

2. Cross Chapter Referrals.

- it would be nice if once I've referred to someone cross chapter, or TYFCB to someone in another chapter, if that person could somehow be flagged and added to my contacts, so I don't have to do a new cross chapter search everytime I have to enter new infromation.  (new tyfcb or new referral, or new 1-2-1 etc)

- it was a hassle to TYFCB for 6 referrals sent to me cross chapter.  let me just look them up once.

 

3.  Make it so I can click on a referral in the APP, and do a TYFCB right there, without having to enter the information you already know, like who it was from.

let me submit from the referral, instead of going into a "submit a tyfcb" section.

net result would be less work to submit a tyfcb, and easier to remember.

steamline it.
