The simple process of each referral passed to nag the member to either thank for business or record that the business hasn't happened.

This would completely eradicate members forgetting to thank for business.

  I second and 3rd this vote. I do not like the ide that e have to rely on others to do their job and input this information without having any real way of tracking if they did it or not!

  Another vote from me on this.

  If the PALMS could also show TYTB given (as a simple Y/N, not an amount - so ‘Bob has thanked 5 people this week’) it would really help leadership teams to see who needs help and encouragement in this area.
