Your Visitor registration for other chapter

Hi
I was wondering that I want to send my visitor to other chapter as in our chapter that Category is occupied and I want my visitor to participate in meeting in other chapter, visitor count comes in my account its tragic that no option was given to register visitor the way I discussed.
