Notification when a referral is changed

Our members would like to get a notification when someone who has given a referral changes something in that referral. So the receiver of that referral get's notified about this.

For example a notification in the BNI Connect App.

  a notification when someone who has recieved a referral changes something in that referral. So the giver of that referral get's notified about this.
