BNI member contact and business details not showing

Hi I am ARAVINDH past 2 month some bni member contact and business details are not showing in connect app fix that bug error frst .I we can't able to view other partners profile completely

  The resulting contact information on the profile, whether from the searches in BNI Connect using the magnifying glass or via the mobile app, respects the personal information display preferences of members as per the setting on their profile. This setting is only accessible through the full website at www.bniconnect.com and is located on the GEAR tab:

  If members wish to share their information, they will need to change this setting on their profile. Note that the above screenshot is the default setting for all new memberships and that all fellow chapter members are "connected" so should be able to see each other's contact information.
