NPS Survey on Mobile App

Hi. This is Gopinath ED of Salem Region in India. The response to NPS survey mail is low in many regions. My suggestion :

If the survey pops up on the mobile screen of the sample member and allows him to access his page only after answering the survey questions, we might hit 100% response rate.  The banks in India do this for change of password and the Cab services company Ola in India also does this. You cannot book another cab until you rate your last ride !
