Advanced Search Enhancements
Please consider adding more options to the BNI Connect Search functionality. Many of us use connect in order to "connect" our clients with referral partners worldwide, not just in our local area / chapter. If we know, specifically, the person we're trying to connect them to, then yes - name, company, city, state are all great options. But if we're searching by keyword trying to establish a connection with someone in a particular field, whom we do not already know, then the only options are: 1) Keyword + State (which is overly broad to wean through - especially if we're not familiar with the cities that come up and where they're located in comparison to the area we're looking for); or 2) Keyword + City (which is overly restrictive since a member may have their city listed as one thing, but serve an expansive surrounding area).
I submitted a request through connect, but received an email back that this would not be a high priority because "using the names and company names, the search is good enough in almost all cases". I wholeheartedly disagree. As a member myself, I'd hate to think that cross-chapter referrals are limited to
"good enough" if only someone knows my actual name, but not the industry/need I serve.

@mystina - this is on our list for future consideration! I have added your comments here as a "vote" to push it further up the priority list. Thank you so much and have a great weekend :- )

Hello,
I wish BNI never be "good enough". It should be the BEST. Please enhance this functionality.
BNI without the members is nothing.
BNI without the "the best doing business" members it's only bureaucracy.
In addition, please enhance the search. At the moment I'm searching BNI members in Berlin doing business in telecommunications. And I get the same results as without a keyword...
Extremely bad :(
Thanks a lot for understanding.
