Can we get information on the person who thanked us for the business or at least information on the business they are thanking you for.

  @keith and @dermot - at this time, we have some compliance challenges with this, however we are tyring to find a workaround.  We also hope to have referral tracking in place at some point too, which will address the second request too.  We will add your comments as "votes" for this functionality!

  Rather than more details on the TYFCB slip (which may violate privacy/confidentiality), could we get notified when the referral recipient changes the status on Referrals Received OnLine from “new” —> “pending” —> “closed” or “no sale”?
