Need to Update options for Referral Slips through App
I feel like the referral slip for the BNI Connect Website are a little outdated. First, off the referral status' are lacking. A lot of the times neither apply. People in my group set up email introductions between the BNI member or the referral. It would be nice to build out the options to make sense and not add confusion to the referral (Usually have to connect with the person giving the referral to clarify some time). It would also be nice to also just make either the email or phone number mandatory and just the phone number. While phone numbers are nice a lot of communication is through email these days and it takes an extra minute to look up a contact's number. Feel like there could be some other improvements as well, but this is my initial short list.

@timothy - This one is definitely under consideration! The online slips were built to directly replicate the printed slips, though both do need to be revisited for modern forms of communication and additional means of contact choices. Thanks for the suggestion!
