More active members often complain that they do not hear back about referrals and that TYFB is not put in.
I suggested to the support team that maybe an email follow up could generate a 6-8 weeks back the the referree prompting them to put in TYFB and advise the referrer what was happening. They made the point that this could result in yet more BNI emails - a fair point. I wonder if we could get the same effect with a notification on the App or just a monthly - these were the referrals you received a couple of months ago, what did you do with them message?
